Cocoon Furnishings strives to provide the best service and products for our customers and wants you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we have provided the following information to clarify our company policies. CANCELLATIONS Cocoon Furnishings wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and receive it promptly. If for any reason you are unsure of your purchase, you have 3 days from the invoice date to change or cancel your order. After 3 days, changes and cancellations will not be permitted. ESTIMATED ARRIVAL TIMES Cocoon Furnishings will do its best to assure that your merchandise arrives within the estimated arrival period. However, since these estimates are based on industry averages we cannot offer any monetary compensation for unforeseen delays. Cocoon asks that you do not call for status checks until the 8th week or the latest estimated time given. Due to Vendor/Manufacturer policies we cannot make status checks so we ask that you write down your projected delivery date. If you have not received a call from Cocoon by the projected date please call and we will follow up ASAP. SIZE LIMITATIONS Customers are responsible for their size limitations. Be sure your merchandise will fit your desired location and be conscious of passages (i.e. stairwells, doorways, etc.), which may cause a delivery problem. Also note for upholstered items that sizes are approximated on arm style chosen. Each collection has its own dimensions and sofas are measured at widest point. DELIVERY An independent delivery company, Safe Transportation, 31790 Hayman St., Hayward 94544 does our residential deliveries. You will be contacted once your furniture is received and quoted a home delivery fee. Furniture can also be picked up at Safe Transportation for a fee starting at $45 for the first five pieces. There is a minimum on home deliveries starting at $110. Phone number 510.429.6922. PLEASE NOTE: If you choose to pick up your furniture at Safe Transportation, please bring blankets and rope to protect your pieces while transporting. COLORS/FINISHES Cocoon Furnishings does it best to assure that the product you receive matches your order. However, due to the unique nature of some products, the color, finish, or dye lot may vary on each item. In addition, continual exposure to light and drastic temperature changes will affect wear. Also note, that when ordering matching furniture pieces, it is best to order at the same time to assure the same color/finish and dye lot. Manufacturer does not apply any special finishes to the fabrics and all fabrics are dry clean only. ASSEMBLY Some merchandise will require assembly. This can be arranged with the delivery service for a fee. MANUFACTURER DEFECTS Merchandise arriving with damages and defects will be returned to the manufacturer for replacement or repair only. Allow 8-10 weeks for replacement. Defects and damages will not be warranted after customer accepts merchandise. COCOON FURNISHINGS DOES NOT OFFER WARRANTIES AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL! |
